Q: What happened to Onesie Twosie? Why did you change your name?
A: Gerber, a greedy corporation like all others, owns the rights to "Onesie" when you're talking about one piece infant garments. They threatened to sue me if I didn't change the company name and website.

Q: What the heck is a snapsuit?
A: It's a one-piece, short-sleeve bodysuit that snaps snaps snaps (yes, there are three snaps) on the baby's bottom.

Q: Am I crazy or didn't you call them onesies before?
A: Yes, we used to call them onesies, but Gerber owns the trademark and the exclusive right to use that term. They threatened us. We like the sound of "snapsuit" just as well.

Q: Some of your products allow me to add personalization and other options before I "Add to Shopping Cart," others do not. What's going on?
A: We are updating all of our product detail pages! We are replacing the term onesies with snapsuits, we are implementing options, and we are providing text boxes for personalization and special instructions. If you want your shirt personalized and there is no place to type it when you are ordering, see the next question.

Q: I wasn't asked for my child's name after buying a personalized shirt! How do I send my personalization instructions?
A: Noting your confirmation # or even just your name, simply send an e-mail to service@onesie-twosie.com.

Q: What brand of snapsuits do you use?
A: Rabbit Skins for the most part, 99% of the time, but we will substitute other brands if we find a good deal on blanks with equal or greater quality.

Q: What brand of t-shirts do you use?
A: We use Rabbit Skins up to boy's size 7. We use Hanes on our shirts sized 10/12 and up to Men's XL.

Q: I need one of your shirts in my arms by Friday! Can you help?
A: Yes, we will help you get your shirt on time. We offer upgrades to Priority (2 to 3 days) and Express (1 day).

Q: Do your shirts run small?
A: Only the t-shirts. We suggest that you order one size larger than normal. Our snapsuits (Rabbit Skins or other) are true-to-size.

Q: The shirt I bought doesn't fit my child. What can I do?
A: E-mail us to acquire a return auth. # and then simply ship it back (USPS First Class) to Onesie Twosie, 204 Giofre Ave., Maryville, IL 62062. We usually ship the replacement before we even receive the shirt from you!

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: If you buy one item, shipping is $1.99. Buy two, it's only fifty cents more. If you buy three or more items, standard domestic shipping (First Class) is FREE! We also offer a flat rate rate of $5.00 for Priority Shipping. If you need your shirt really, really fast we offer Express Shipping, an overnight service.You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
