If you need to return or exchange an item that you purchased on our website, you can do so by emailing us at service@onesie-twosie.com within 14 days to receive a return authorazation number and return shipping instructions. Please include your invoice number found on your packing slip. Customized or personalized shirts are non-refundable unless defective. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable unless we screwed something up. We do mess up once in awhile, but we fix it fast!



Most orders ship within 2-3 days. Standard shipping is USPS First Class. Once shipped, your package should reach you within 2-4 days, but sometimes it may take longer. If you need your item quicker, we also offer Priority (2 to 3 days) and Express (1 day) shipping. Our free shipping offer applies to Standard First Class only.
